Nicolas Hieronimus is a French businessman who is currently the CEO of L'Oréal Group, the world's largest cosmetics company. He graduated from École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris, both prestigious engineering schools in France.
Hieronimus joined L'Oréal Group in 1987 and worked in various roles in the company's international division. He became the head of L'Oréal's luxury products division in 2011 and was promoted to the position of deputy CEO in 2017. In May 2021, Hieronimus succeeded Jean-Paul Agon as the CEO of L'Oréal.
Under Hieronimus's leadership, L'Oréal has continued to focus on sustainability and diversifying its product offerings.
